About the company: Our client, headquartered in Stamford, CT is a family-owned company that has been serving home owners and business's in their community since 1964! With over 100 employees now and 4 branch offices across the tri-state their organization is looking to bring in a Payroll Processor ASAP! This position is 100% in office, Monday-Friday with the core work hours of 9-5pm.

What you will do:
- Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Prepare all related payroll tax reports
- Oversee the maintenance and organization of accounting, reporting, entity, property, and leasing documents of a portfolio of buildings
- Facilitate intercompany reimbursements
- Prepare tax, operating's and other escalation billings for tenants
- Prepare general journal entries, rent rolls, and monthly reports
- Complete bank reconciliations of multiple accounts
- Record all mortgages/payroll, management fees, and other related payables on a monthly basis
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned!
What we are looking for:
- Minimum four years' experience in accounting.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience
- Prior experience utilizing ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing.
- Experience utilizing QuickBooks
- Certified payroll experience helpful.
