Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Assistant Superintendent, this position provides coordination for the development, implementation, monitoring and measurement of the District’s educational equity plan, including the district achievement and integration plan and efforts to create a culturally responsive and ethnically inclusive working and learning environment. This position assists the district in monitoring areas of disproportionality and seeks to develop within SAS a culture where diversity and inclusion are recognized and valued, and where students and staff are supported in their development of a climate that addresses issues and opportunities of equity that impact student learning and success.
FTE/Hours per Day: 8.0 hours per day, 48 weeks per year.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Communications, Sociology, or Ethnic Studies or related field
