Training Coordinator
Position Summary:
A Training Coordinator will provide support for training, auditing and criminal investigative services.
Position Responsibilities:
· Perform all administrative duties associated with conducting training, including all pre-training preparation work, coordinating schedules and calendars, maintaining participant records, and tracking.
· Assist with equipment maintenance, set up and take down.
· Work with different vendors and venues to schedule training programs.
· Assist with creating training materials.
· Assist in examining and analyzing data in relation to legal projects.
· Recording and documenting findings.
Qualifications:
· 4-year Bachelor’s Degree in Training and Development, Criminal Justice or related field preferred
· 3 – 5 years’ experience working in law enforcement, preferably in prosecution preferred
· 2 – 4 years’ experience working in an administrative role in a training or an education department, preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Work, Excel, PowerPoint and data entry.
· Experience in supporting all levels of management
· Excellent written and verbal communications
· Ability to work both in a team setting and independently
· Demonstrated attention to detail
· Understanding of file systems
· Familiarity with acquiring electronic evidence
· Impartial and Confidential
· Strong research skills
· Ability to work in a fast paced and everchanging environment
· Ability to be flexible with work hours and travel, as needed
