Overview:
- Currently searching for a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to support Maintenance projects and preventative maintenance for large capital equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Reducing maintenance costs.
- Lead team of mechanics and/or electricians
- Improving equipment reliability through the implementation of a predictive maintenance program.
- Planning, coordinating, and supervising corrective maintenance projects assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
- Planning shutdown repairs and be responsible for the completion of capital projects.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a minimum of a two-year degree in engineering or related fields, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering, or possess practical knowledge of industrial, mechanical, or electrical maintenance, preferably in construction materials, aggregates, or cement.
- Must be proficient with reading blueprints and schematics
- Computer skills including knowledge of spreadsheets, database, and word processing software
- Good communications skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to identify problems that arise and implement corrective measure
