Inside Sales Representative for a National Bank

Hire Up Staffing is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in the Stockton area! This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading national bank, helping businesses understand and benefit from our services.

What You’ll Do :

  • Engage with Prospective Clients : Email and communicate with businesses that are signing up or have shown interest in our services.
  • Train and Explain : Educate potential merchant clients about our service costs and fees.
  • Guide Clients : Assist clients through the application process for our services.
  • Maintain Relationships : Follow up with clients to sustain relationships and obtain referrals.
  • Generate Leads : Prospect through social media and online resources to create your own set of leads.
  • Document and Report : Log all client interactions and provide status updates or reports as requested.
  • Craft Personalized Pitches : Develop customized sales pitches and email templates.
  • Stay Positive and Professional : Maintain a positive attitude and high morale, being assertive yet respectful.
  • Overcome Objections : Address and overcome objections presented during the sales process.
  • Meet Goals : Achieve daily and monthly targets set by your manager.
  • Adapt to Change : Stay updated with industry changes and adapt to different personality types.
  • Communicate Closely : Maintain close communication with your manager and adhere to internal company policies.
  • Uphold Integrity : Represent the company with the highest level of integrity.

What We’re Looking For :

  • 2 years of in-side (office) Sales experience
  • 2 years of personal or professional Social media marketing experience
