Inside Sales Representative for a National Bank

- Engage with Prospective Clients : Email and communicate with businesses that are signing up or have shown interest in our services.
- Train and Explain : Educate potential merchant clients about our service costs and fees.
- Guide Clients : Assist clients through the application process for our services.
- Maintain Relationships : Follow up with clients to sustain relationships and obtain referrals.
- Generate Leads : Prospect through social media and online resources to create your own set of leads.
- Document and Report : Log all client interactions and provide status updates or reports as requested.
- Craft Personalized Pitches : Develop customized sales pitches and email templates.
- Stay Positive and Professional : Maintain a positive attitude and high morale, being assertive yet respectful.
- Overcome Objections : Address and overcome objections presented during the sales process.
- Meet Goals : Achieve daily and monthly targets set by your manager.

What We’re Looking For :
- 2 years of in-side (office) Sales experience
- 2 years of personal or professional Social media marketing experience
