Plant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversees daily operations.
• Primarily responsible for deliveries and shipments.
• Primary responsibility for ordering materials and supplies; Keeps inventory and periodically places replenishment orders.
• Ensure safety of all personnel. Compliance with all safety standards. Drives safety first culture.
• Training of all personnel.
• Fosters positive and welcoming work environment.
• Quality control for all products.
• Directly manages plant labor. Interviews and hires plant labor. Terminates employment if necessary.
• Tracks production and productivity.
• Continuous improvement of plant. Drives lean culture.

Knowledge,Skills,andAbilities:

• Knowledge of plant operations.
• Experience in a manufacturing or assembly plant.
• Effective communicator, in both English and Spanish.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience with assessing efficiencies and identifying bottlenecks that improve productivity.
