Natural Essentials INC is Hiring a Maintenance Technician I (1st Shift) Near Streetsboro, OH
Job Description:
- Set up production equipment to ensure minimal downtime of production lines.
- Tear down, clean, and sanitize production equipment.
- Ensure that all equipment is properly calibrated and adjusted to meet production specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production, including mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
- Collaborate with production team to ensure that all equipment is running smoothly and efficiently.
- All other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude is required.
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, and software troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Must be able to stand 8 hours a day and lift up to 55 LBs. as needed.
Flexible Unpaid time off is available after 30 days of employment.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
