Pay Rate: This is a performance pay position. What this means is we provide the opportunity for the strongest/most dedicated service technicians who provide the best service and the ability to earn premium pay. Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
- Self-starter with a drive to succeed
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential
- Ability to work as a team member and as an individual
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours as needed
- Must pass a background security check and drug testing
- Valid Driver's License and must pass MVR check to drive company vehicles and be insurable
- Open to training from experienced technicians and a long-term career path
- EPA certification (at least type II)
- N.A.T.E. certification is preferred but not required
