Responsibilities:• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on the configuration and operation of the travel and expense software for corporation. Coordinate as the Company’s principal user for expense and audit services.• Document and maintain global travel and expense policy.• Lead implementations in new geographies with assistance from local finance experts including general ledger integration.• Manage and monitor audit services to ensure proper audit of expense reports. • Collaborate with strategic sourcing group to analyze and recommend cost saving measures by monitoring expense reporting.• Collaborate with the global finance organization subject matter experts who will perform transactional duties
