- 1st Shift (Monday - Friday)
- Full-time (40 hours) overtime as needed

What You'll Do as a Production Supervisor :
- This career is ideal for those who possess a high level of expertise in welding and press brakes, as well as a strong understanding of warehouse operations!
- Lead and motivate a warehouse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, minimizing discrepancies and losses.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to meet company standards.
- Prioritize safety by conducting regular inspections and enforcing proper handling procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and ensure safe operation.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to streamline workflows.
Work Experience
The Preferred Candidate Might :
- Have proven warehouse supervision / management experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Have strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Have excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Be proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Have a strong understanding of welding techniques and practices
- Be proficient in operating and overseeing press brake machinery
- Have comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse operations
- Have forklift certification and experience with warehouse equipment
