**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various maintenance tasks and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
**Duties:**
- Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
Drywall Installation
- Inspect facilities regularly to identify issues and address them promptly.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment or fixtures.
