We are seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support in a dental office setting.


- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Manage patient records and update information in the system
- Handle billing and insurance processing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy
- Utilize Eaglesoft or similar software for office tasks


- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in medical administrative support
- Knowledge of dental office procedures and terminology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient service
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft or other dental administrative systems
- Ability to handle medical records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Proficiency in general administrative tasks at the front desk
