Responsibilities
·Cold calling and cold email outreach to candidates to create interest
·Guide candidates through interview process
·Communication daily to Internet Research team
·Follow direction of Practice Leader to keep priorities and effectively fill searches
·Ability to write catchy and enticing job ads and e-mail campaigns
·Keep an ear to the ground for job leads to provide to your PL for lead gen
Requirements
• College degree preferred
• LinkedIn knowledge is a plus
• Ability to communicate clearly and constantly with teams via teams, Monday.com, e-mail, and other collaboration tools.
• Must work well autonomously with individuals across multiple teams
• Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate with candidates
