**Overview:**
We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Construction Laborer. As a key member of our crew, you will play a vital role in the construction process, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently.
**Duties:**
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and hauling materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down construction sites, including laying out tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Work alongside skilled tradespeople, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks, trailers, and other vehicles.
- Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in preparing and finishing construction surfaces, such as painting, sanding, or applying sealants.
- Perform various construction tasks, including razing, demolition, and excavation.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, often in challenging weather conditions.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials and equipment.
- Basic knowledge of construction techniques and safety procedures.
