Since 2001, QuantifiCare has been developing and marketing innovative imaging systems and solutions for clinical trials and to physicians. With offices in France, US, Brazil and in Asia we are a fast-growing global company specialized in photography of the skin.

We have developed a portable, ‘all-in-one’ 3D imaging system dedicated to dermatologists, plastic surgeons and aesthetic practitioners. Eager to continue our growth in the US, we are looking for a sales professional who will be able grow our market share.

Job description :

The role is responsible for developing sales to physicians and Med spas, managing a product line, and supporting existing customers.

This position reports to the Sales Director Americas, 3D systems and is responsible for :

  • Develop and execute revenue-generating, sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales objectives
  • Proven track record to ‘close deals’
  • Complete a thorough territory analysis and identify key prospects
  • Travel throughout US territory to perform demos with medical practices on existing and new products
  • Support Marketing initiatives and the development of key opinion leaders
  • Participate in professional society meetings/trade shows throughout the US
  • Maintain and increase professional and technical knowledge
  • Reach and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall team goals
  • Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with potential customers (dermatologists, plastic surgeons and aesthetic practitioners mainly)
  • Maximize customer retention through developing relationships and by reassuring the presence along the support contracted period with existing customers
  • Develop business with new customers
  • Assisting in product training as needed. This would involve field training of new and existing Customers
  • Attending and assisting in sales at multiple trade shows throughout the year.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Must have a positive attitude, be a team player and an active doer.
  • Must be willing to travel within the USA up to 60%
  • Must be highly self-motivated with the proven ability to work independently.
  • Experience selling to physicians and/or any aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery is a plus.
  • NO retails sales please

Minimal qualifications :

  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in sales analysis
  • Experience in outside sales and business development
  • Knowledge of B2B sales strategies
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Technical sales background is a plus
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in medical sales
  • Understanding of photography industry
