RESPONSIBILITIES
-Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Scan QR Codes in guard tour application
- Protect property and assets by enforcing access control and conducting security checks
- Respond to alarms and incidents promptly, taking appropriate action as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of security-related activities, including incident reports and daily logs
- Log visitors, employees and vendors in on site when applicable
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and clients as needed
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required to ensure the safety of the premises
REQUIREMENTS
- Possess a valid security certificate/license (required)
- CPR and First Aid certified (preferred)
- Proficient in operating CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations effectively
- Knowledge of security procedures and regulations
- Ability to conduct surveillance and identify potential security risks
- Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and strategies
- Must possess great communication skills

Please be advised you will be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays! The selected candidate(s) will not have an assigned location and will be rotated in and out of client site locations as needed by the company.
- We are currently looking to fill openings on our 1ST, 2ND and 3RD shifts
- Locations are Swedesboro, Pedricktown & West Deptford
- Applicant MUST have NJ SORA CERTIFICATION or willing to obtain it
- Applicant may be stationed in their own vehicle for some sites
- Applicant may be scheduled for more than one location
Open Shifts are as follows:
Shift #1 - Thursday to Monday 4pm to 12am (40hrs) (Swedesboro)
Shift #2 - Tuesday & Wednesday 4p-12am, Thursday to Saturday 3p-11p (40hrs) (Swedesboro)
Shift #3 - Monday to Wednesday 5pm to 12a, Saturday & Sunday 3p-11p (37hrs)(Pedricktown)
Shift #4 - Thursday & Friday 5p-12a, Saturday 1p-11p, Sunday 7a-3p (35hrs)(Ped/WD)
Shift #5 - Monday & Tuesday 11p-7a, Thursday & Friday 11p-7a (32hrs) (Swedesboro)
Shift #6 - Thursday 11:59p-7a, Friday & Saturday 11p-7a (23hrs)(Ped/WD)
Shift #7 - Saturday and Sunday 7a-3p (16hrs)(Swedesboro)
Shift #8 - Saturday and Sunday 7a-3p (16hrs)(Pedricktown)
Shift #9 - Saturday and Sunday 8a-4p (16hrs)(Swedesboro)
Shift #10 Friday 6p-6a (12hrs)(West Deptford)
