RESPONSIBILITIES
-Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Scan QR Codes in guard tour application
- Protect property and assets by enforcing access control and conducting security checks
- Respond to alarms and incidents promptly, taking appropriate action as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of security-related activities, including incident reports and daily logs
- Log visitors, employees and vendors in on site when applicable
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and clients as needed
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required to ensure the safety of the premises
REQUIREMENTS
- Possess a valid security certificate/license (required)
- CPR and First Aid certified (preferred)
- Proficient in operating CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations effectively
- Knowledge of security procedures and regulations
- Ability to conduct surveillance and identify potential security risks
- Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and strategies
- Must possess great communication skills
