Job Summary:
The Swiftwater, the Poconos newest luxury property, is seeking a dedicated Back Waiter to join our team. As a server assistant, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction in a dining environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist server with providing impeccable service
- Clear finished courses and set up for next course
- Deliver orders to tables promptly and efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Clean and reset tables for next guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Ability to listen and comprehend basic instructions
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer personalities
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate efficiently
- Reliable transportation
