Frontier Australia is Hiring a Performance Manager Near Sydney, FL

We’re on the look-out for a Digital Performance Manager to join our Frontier Australia Team.

The role:

You are responsible for the day-to-day execution of a world class digital product. Specifically, this will include understanding briefs, supporting responses, by providing channel strategies that are rational and relevant with the support of the Head of Biddable Media. You will be “hands on” in the setup of campaigns and trading in all platforms, performing data and trend analysis to improve overall performance to ensure the delivery against campaign strategy and account KPIs. Additionally, you will develop, own and lead all optimisation plans to improve campaign health and strategy.

You will do this to ensure your clients and client service teams, always receive high-quality experience, efficient delivery, and automation of process. You will have the support of an Executive to help carry out certain tasks, whilst managing their performance and output, constantly pushing for better people and client results.

Key responsibilities:

Client Communication:

  • Communicate, when required directly with the client on matters such as presentations, asset delivery, general troubleshooting & implementation.
  • Attend relevant client meetings (strategy, detailed implementation, WIPs other communication) as required
  • Establish & build strong relationships with the Client to help build trust and confidence in our products
  • Establish & build strong relationships within the agency to help promote digital strategy and buying

Brief, Planning & Responses :

  • Play a lead role in implementation detail recommendations for digital/performance media
  • Provide correct channel specs feeding into master spec sheets
  • Contribute to wider Frontier & client projects where relevant (QBRs, Audits, Scoping Documents, Project Management), supported by Head Of Biddable/Client Services
  • Learn, holistic digital channel knowledge and develop an understanding of agency workstreams/departments.

Activation & Reporting:

  • Manage multi-layered campaign set ups and optimisations across platforms for Tier 1 (and 2) clients
  • Google Ads, DV360, Meta, Teads
  • TikTok, Pinterest, Yahoo, Nexxen any other relevant
  • Ensure campaign quality via adherence to existing agency processes & deadlines (Lead & Shadow, agreed client SLAs)
  • Lead complex campaign troubleshooting and lead complex optimisations, ensuring delivery and performance (flag any issues with a possible solution to stakeholders/HOB/Client Services, then look to fix)
  • Oversee and support Executive in ensuring weekly/monthly reporting with comprehensive commentary, recommendations, and insights.
  • Lead monthly and/or quarterly reports with comprehensive commentary, recommendations, and insights, supported by Executive
  • Develop optimisation plans to improve campaign health and strategy.
  • Lead analysis of (Competitors, CPA, device, channel) to provide opportunities and cover gaps in media campaigns to increase client ROI and performance.

Finance & Invoicing

  • Understand all client commercial structures (fees, rate cards etc) to inform campaigns with no over/underspends
  • Ensure correct billing across ALL clients, ensuring maximise revenue for the business
  • Provide accurate paid/performance media reconciliation to client service teams by required deadlines (ensure that this is done for all relevant clients)

Training & Development:

  • Help train and manage Assistants/Executives (Including CDPs)
  • Motivated to increase your SEM, Social and programmatic knowledge
  • Working to achieve accreditation across disciplines and platforms
  • Taking advantage of internal and external training sessions
  • Taking opportunities to develop management and people skills
