About You

We are on the lookout for someone who is OBSESSED with everything social and content. Content creation is second nature to you, you truly live and breathe it and you absolutely thrive on it. You have your finger on the pulse with social trends, jump at the chance to try out emerging video editing techniques, ooze creative ideas for different ways you can tell the brand story and your copy writing and communication skills are always on point. Managing multiple social channels and adapting content across all platforms is like water off a duck’s back to you.

On a scale of 1 to 10 on initiative, you sit at 11 - you’re always proactively pursuing avenues to make socials a huge success for the brand. You’ve done this before - you’ve got a proven track record of videos that have HIT on social and you’re chomping at the bit to make our brand your next success story. You crave the opportunity to really show off your creative flair and just take the reins full force. You OWN your work and your role and you are always hungry to do more and better. Key Responsibilities

  • Social Content Ideation: Research, plan, ideate and pitch imaginative content ideas inline with the brand’s social strategy and marketing calendar
  • Social Content Creation: Turn your content ideas into reality by skillfully shooting and editing video content for social platforms and the website
  • Copy Writing: Use your creative flair to craft engaging copy that really speaks to our customers and potential customers alike
  • Social Media Management: Schedule and distribute content across Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn. Engage, nurture and grow our social community by responding to comments
  • Analysis: Track content results and use the data to inform your content creation and make recommendations to improving our content strategy
  • Influencer Management: Manage all influencer outreach and relationships

Must Have Experience

  • 1 years experience creating content and managing socials
  • Proven experience creating successful social content that performs across key reach and engagement metrics
  • Absolute wizard on Canva

Nice to have (but not a must)

  • You’re not afraid to be in front of the camera
  • A passion for food. As a storyteller, it’s important to connect with your subject matter and a passion for food will certainly help here!
  • Photography skills. If you can also snap a decent photo - bonus!

  • Central location: Work in the vibrant Sydney CBD with just a 2 minute walk to Town Hall station. You will work closely with all teams in our central kitchen facility and our head office (both in the Sydney CBD).
