We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our marketing team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping the broader marketing function as they develop and implement marketing initiatives that drive growth and engagement. Your new role Coordinate marketing operations activities and initiatives, ensuring a focus on delivering the objectives and benefits. Coordinate regular marketing program reporting including the reporting on budget, scope, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, team, stakeholders and benefits. Support and work closely with the 1st Line Risk Officer to ensure completion of all risk-related deliverables, encompassing tracking, reviewing controls, and team coordination. Maintain marketing databases and mailing lists to ensure accuracy and compliance. Drive continuous business process improvement to improve team efficiency and effectiveness. Supporting and working closely with the Marketing Operations manager and helping to drive continuous improvement in our (SAAS) marketing operations platform. Maintain marketing calendars and preparation of team reports to measure effectiveness. Supporting the various marketing teams including campaign teams, brand, sponsorship, website, events and our Customer Insights team. About you Previous experience in marketing communications (desirable). Proactive self-starter who is always on the lookout for improvement opportunities. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable initiatives that drive engagement. Highly organised with the ability to managed competing priories with timelines, expectations and deliverables to ensure tasks are completed on time. Strong attention to detail. Intermediate to advance skills in Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint and Excel). Exceptional communications skills both verbal and written.
