Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst with expertise in the IBM OpenPages GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platform. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and reliability of our GRC solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of testing complex systems and working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality results. This position is based in Sydney, and the candidate will need to go to the office (Sydney CBD) a couple of days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and scripts tailored to the IBM OpenPages GRC platform.
• Execute functional, integration, performance, and security testing.
• Identify, track, and resolve defects and issues throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Provide detailed test reports and documentation to stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior testers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and quality.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Senior Test Analyst with expertise in the IBM OpenPages GRC platform.
• Strong understanding of GRC concepts and workflows.
• Experience in developing and executing comprehensive test plans and strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
• Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
