About the role:
We are looking for a passionate & talented Social Media Assistant to join our Social Media team.
Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:
CONTENT CREATION
- Edit high-volume social videos for all social channels
- Manage the social content library and audit content usage across Owned & Influencer.
- Assist with post-photoshoot video selects and sorting of content.
- Work closely with Social Media Coordinator to create content in-house (Office content, Team BTS, Flatlays ) Be the face of BABYBOO!
IDEATION AND RESEARCH
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager & Coordinator on social media campaigns and projects to govern growth, high engagement and brand awareness.
- Observe and monitor competitors activity, pop culture events and social trends
- Scout social content ideas for upcoming campaigns and social photoshoots, new/trending viral concepts, social growth projects, graphic edits more!
- Participate in Social team meetings and wider marketing ideation/ strategy sessions.
BRIEFS AND EXECUTION
- Execute social postings across Instagram Stories , YT Shorts other platforms.
- Assist in briefing graphic social edits to the creative team.
- Update content across Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest & IG Shop.
- Review UGC tagged content through FB Commerce Manager.
- Support with Social Media Ad boosting posts to the Digital team
- Conduct Weekly KPI data entry reports
- Copywriting social captions for Instagram and Tiktok posts.
COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT
- Social community management and conduct social listening (replying to comments and monitoring negative comments).
Who we are looking for / What you'll need:
- 1 year of experience within a similar role and strong knowledge of all social media platforms.
- A driven, passionate, collaborative and creative person.
- Strong video editing skills for Instagram reels and Tiktoks (Experience with CapCut)
- Has a strong natural understanding of fashion brand aesthetics and curating content that align with high quality standards.
- Enjoys and thrives working in a fast paced environment with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong multitasker with a keen eye for detail
- Bonus: Loves to be in front of camera with confidence
