Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team at Elevations RTC! As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources department, including employee relations, recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with employment labor laws. You will also be responsible for semi-monthly payroll processing in ADP and the various duties associated with it. Completion of various HR and personnel reports on a regular basis will also be a main responsibility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
Duties:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions alongside hiring managers
- Oversee employee orientation and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, performance evaluations, and employee recognition initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management to drive process improvement initiatives
- Complete and transmit various HR & personnel reports
- Maintain accurate employee records using HRIS systems
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
- Coordinate completion of payroll processing
- Attend regular leadership and safety meetings, as well as monthly trainings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field required
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Proficiency in using ADP and Google products
- PHR or SHRM certification preferred
