Requirements
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Location (required);
- Experience in Information Technology or business (3 years);
- Project management experience (4 years);
- Experience analyzing business unit’s operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions;
- Experience in business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology.
- Experience with SCRUM, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies.
- Assemble project plans and the work assignments;
- Direct and monitor the Team’s work efforts daily by identifying project resource needs, performing quality review of work performed; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately;
- Track key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs;
- Coordinate communication with all areas that impacts the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed;
- Assist Program Director in partnering with senior management of the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve the goals.
