Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Angular Front-End Developer to join our development team here at Ardor Health Solutions! As an Angular Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing user interfaces for Ardor Health’s custom applicant tracking system, Medtrack, using the Angular framework. You will collaborate closely with Ardor Health’s Director of Technology.

This position will require reporting to the Tampa, FL headquarters.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reusable front-end components and modules using Angular.
2. Collaborate with Ardor Health’s Director of Technology and designers to translate requirements and mockups into functional user interfaces for Medtrack.
3. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
4. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
5. Identify and troubleshoot front-end performance issues, bottlenecks, and bugs.
6. Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development, specifically related to Angular.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and implement new features and enhancements.
8. Write clear and concise technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and code maintenance.
9. Actively participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, estimation, and daily stand-ups.

Requirements:

1. Solid experience in developing web applications using Angular framework (Angular 2 ).
2. Strong understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
3. Proficient in responsive web design and familiarity with CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Material Design.
4. Experience with front-end build tools, such as npm, Webpack, or Grunt.
5. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
6. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and code branching workflows.
7. Understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance optimization techniques.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced development environment.
9. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with Angular Material or other UI component libraries.
2. Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks like Jasmine or Protractor.
3. Familiarity with server-side technologies, such as Node.js or ASP.NET.
4. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
5. A portfolio of previous projects or code samples demonstrating front-end development skills.
