Summary
Position Highlights
The Manager, Compensation is responsible for the development, implementation and administration of Moffitts compensation plans for all non-provider/faculty programs. The position analyzes market data and industry trends to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices. The Manager collaborates with key stakeholders, including HR and senior leadership, to develop and administer salary structures, incentive plans, and other compensation programs. The Manager, Compensation also ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and works to enhance team member satisfaction and retention through effective compensation strategies. This position leads a team of compensation professionals and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of those team members.
