Loeb House is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support and assistance to individuals, including veterans, who require guidance as they create housing plans that will enable them to live independently within their community. We are seeking 3 Case Managers for the following shifts

40 hrs. Tue. – Sat. 9 AM -5 PM

40 hrs. Sun .- Thu. 12 PM to 8 PM

Responsible for obtaining and furnishing housing for recipients rent collection, apartment inspections, budgeting, traveling to each site, and assisting with initial moves and relocations. Advocating and Supporting our residents.

Basic Job Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent, College courses or degree preferred. Experience with Mentally Ill individuals and/or Mentally Ill individuals with addictions required. Valid, clean NY driver’s license required. This position requires travel throughout Rockland County to various buildings and apartments. Must be able to climb stairs. Must possess intermediate computer knowledge and skills, and be an effective communicator with the ability to create new relationships with recipients, landlords and outside professionals.
