React Developer (AWS/NodeJS)
Tarrytown, NY (3 days a week onsite)
[Candidate must be local to NY area]
Contract to hire role
[No third party/vendor candidates please]
Must have Technologies include:
- AWS services (Cloudfront, Cognito, API Gateway, Lambda, S3), NodeJS, Postgres, React, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, SQL and Docker.
- Building management systems (HVAC, BACnet) knowledge.
- Experience with API development, TCP streams, MQTT, Java a big plus
Successful candidate will be expected to:
1. work independently under the direction of senior staff, including full design and development of React scripts, AWS Lambda nodejs and Postgres functions
2. be comfortable working in a small startup environment with rapidly changing priorities, short deliverables and the need to take on whatever tasks need to be done
3. work well with others and have solid communications skills
4. respect our corporate values of innovation, collaboration, integrity and empowerment.
