We have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Coordinator position located at our campus in Temecula, CA. Under general direction of the Associate Dean of Support Services, the Contract Coordinator plans, organizes, coordinates, assists, and supports in the development and control of the district's contract agreements and approval process to provide for more efficient and effective control of contracts as related to the operation of programs and services throughout the district; serves as liaison between contract, purchasing, accounts payable, and risk management related to contact issues, exercises a high degree of judgment and discernment in handling matters of contracts. A Bachelor's degree; (*attach transcripts) INCLUDING coursework consistent with the assigned responsibilities; AND 2. Four (4) years of professional experience related to the assignment; AND 3. Professional experience and knowledge in contracts, insurance, paralegal and/or risk management; AND 4.
