CyberCoders is Hiring an IT Desktop Support Near Temecula, CA
Position Overview: The IT Desktop Support specialist will provide technical assistance to ensure that all users are able to efficiently operate their computers, printers, and other related hardware. This will include troubleshooting issues with hardware, software, and networks while providing excellent customer service in the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees and customers.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and hardware.
- Perform regular maintenance checks on computer equipment.
- Create and process support tickets and follow up with customers.
- Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance for VoIP systems.
- Repair and replace computer equipment, such as printers.
- Provide end user training, as needed.
- At least 2 years of experience in providing IT support.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Experience with tech support, IT support, and support ticketing.
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of printer and computer repair.
- Experience with VoIP systems.
