Job Description:

Tea Station is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Baristas. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our customers by crafting exceptional handcrafted teas and simple finger food items while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve handcrafted teas and food items according to customer specifications.
• Take customer orders with a friendly and patient demeanor.
• Operate the credit card and cash register system efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment by regularly cleaning tea pots, ice machines, sealing machines, and other equipment.
• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the store's kitchen, bar area, restroom, and floors.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist in restocking inventory and supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

• A willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide quick and efficient service to customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
