CS1 Remodeling LLC is Hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist Near Temple, MD
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable transactions, including drafting, reviewing, submitting invoices into the system
- Review contractor invoices and resolve any discrepancies or issues before submitting for payment
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any payment-related inquiries or issues
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to accounts payable processes
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable or related field
- Minimum 1 years of experience in the construction industry (preferably remodeling and roofing)
- Must speak and write Spanish fluently
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
- Proficient in using accounting software and systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Paychex, Netsuite, Quickbooks)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Knowledge of financial concepts and principles
