Key Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly face of our agency. You will answer phones, handle billing inquiries, and payments, coordinate prospecting activities, cross-selling, social media strategies and set personalized insurance reviews. You'll also handle tasks such as entering leads, claims follow-up, and other tasks as needed to support the agent.

Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Two years of customer service experience is preferred, but we value individuals with a positive attitude and a commitment to exceptional service.
- Required: Must obtain insurance license (Property & Casualty) within 90 days of hire date. The costs to get licensed are reimbursed.
