**Job Summary:** We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Host/Host to join our team. The Host/Host will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional service. **Duties:** - Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome - Seat guests and manage the seating chart - Answer phone calls and take reservations - Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area - Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly **Skills:** - Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Strong guest relations skills with a helpful attitude - Familiarity with food service procedures and POS systems, Aloha POS experience is a plus - Ability to effectively communicate and work well in a team environment This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment.
