On-Site Managers are responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships and recruitment strategies for WorkForce Unlimited and the client in which they are assigned. The On-Site Manager will be tasked with balancing client demands and complying with WorkForce Unlimited policies. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations at a client location including new employee orientation, training, employee engagement and retention, customer service, corrective action, conflict resolution, terminations, and other appropriate duties related to the operations department.
Role Description
• Overseeing client relations and daily operations of staffing program in a large manufacturing company.
• Supervisory duties include performance management, scheduling, conflict resolution, approving payroll, and addressing disciplinary issues
• Develop and implement strategies to keep employees motivated and dedicated
• Manage department overtime through effective staff management and cross-training
• Identify problems and develop and implement effective solutions quickly
• Exceed Quarterly Key Performance Indicators metrics Provide reporting as requested per department needs
• Work closely with WorkForce Unlimited client in taking contract assignment orders and communicating the needs to branch staff in a timely manner
• Engage in safety initiatives and requirements such as daily and weekly audits, properly handling claims, completing any incident reports/investigations, and/or following up with injured employee
• Other duties may be assigned by the manager
