WYNNS BINS LLC is Hiring a Dispatcher Near Toms River, NJ
This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatch Technician at Wynns Bins LLC located in Toms River, NJ. The Dispatch Technician's primary role is to oversee the daily routing and dispatch of waste removal trucks to various locations. The Dispatch Technician will also be responsible for maintaining communications with drivers, customers, and other contractors, and ensuring timely pickup and delivery of waste management services.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in dispatch or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask in a busy work environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Experience with GPS systems and routing software is a plus
- Experience with DOCKET dispatching is a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
