AllSTEM Connections is Hiring an Enterprise Data Architect Near Topeka, KS
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Architect to join our team and lead our data strategy. The Data Architect will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive data governance program, ensuring the quality and security of our data assets, and driving data-driven decision making across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic data governance program that ensures data quality, security, and accessibility.
- Lead the development and execution of a data analytics strategy that leverages data to improve decision making, optimize operations, and drive innovation.
- Oversee the development and implementation of data management policies, standards, and procedures.
- Champion a data-driven culture throughout the organization by fostering collaboration between business units and data teams.
- Identify and evaluate new data technologies and solutions to support the organization's data strategy.
- Build and manage a high-performing data team with expertise in data governance, data analytics, and data engineering.
- Partner with the CIO and other senior leaders to ensure alignment between the data strategy and the overall business strategy.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data management and analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5 years of experience in data management, data governance, analytics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful data governance programs.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data quality, data security, and data privacy regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience building and managing high-performing data teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
