Job Description :
Identifies researches and resolves technical problems.Responds to telephone calls email and personnel requests fortechnical support.
Documents tracks and monitors the problem to ensure atimely resolution.
May require an associates degree in a related area andentry level to 3 years of experience in the field or in a relatedarea.
Has knowledgeof commonly used concepts practices and procedures within aparticular field. Relies on instructions and preestablishedguidelines to perform the functions of the job.
May involve use of problemmanagement databases and help desk system. Works under immediatesupervision.
Primaryjob functions do not typically require exercising independentjudgment.
