Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Stocker to join our team. The Stocker will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, assisting with stocking products, and ensuring the sales floor is organized and well-stocked.

Responsibilities:
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks
- Stock shelves with products according to the planogram
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory control by conducting regular stock counts
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes

Skills:
- Ability to maintain inventory levels and keep accurate records
- Proficiency in retail math for tasks such as calculating discounts or sales prices
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
- Experience in loading and unloading merchandise safely
- Knowledge of sales floor organization and product placement
- Familiarity with inventory control practices
- Ability to handle shipping and receiving tasks efficiently
- Strong organizational skills to manage stocking duties effectively
- Previous experience in a grocery store setting is a plus
