Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warranty Specialist. The Warranty Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by analyzing warranty claims, communicating with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and managing warranty processes. The role requires attention to detail and effective communication with both customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Analytical skills to analyze warranty claims
• Experience in managing warranty processes
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent attention to detail
• Knowledge of automotive warranties is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
