Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Preop/Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). As a Preop/PACU Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care during the post-operative recovery phase.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor patients pre & post-surgery and assess their condition
- Administer medications and manage pain relief
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards

Requirements:

- Valid RN license and BLS & ACLS certification
- Previous experience in PACU or critical care setting preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
