This is a family-owned products packaging company. The ideal candidate will need to know how to be hands on. Our client does everything in house, and a successful person in this role will know how to do everything from an HR Generalist perspective. No job is beneath you as the HR leader in the company. You Must be able to walk the shop floors and talk to employees and gain their trust. We need someone to thoroughly understand benefits. Our client is self-insured. This HR individual will be the investment committee for the 401K plans. Having financial knowledge and know how a safe harbor plan works (4% match). This is like a permanent consultant role and needs to have a depth of experience to draw on to make decisions and provide guidance to the business and the family.

• Qualifications
• 15 Years Of Hr Generalist Experience. Must Be Hands-On
