Come join our team! We are an upscale bar and restaurant with an attached cafe and bakery located in the central valley of California. We specialize in gluten free dining experience while maintaining visually appealing and delicious dishes. Being in California we have access to tons of locally grown ingredients. We are currently starting our very own very farm that will supply the restaurant with a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. We are family owned and operated with deep roots in the community.

We are looking for an experienced chef that has the ambition to work with us on creating seasonal menus, is well versed in inventory management and can go above and beyond with their work ethic. We are hoping for someone long term who wants to grow with us. We have ambitions of expanding to other locations. 

Job description

• Working with the Executive chef to maintain quality of food and presentation
• Assist in Maintaining and running a monthly inventory 
• Oversee food production during dinner service
• Working with FOH on events and creating a perfect dining experience for our guests.
• Oversee the cleanup of BOH upon closing time
• Working on the line in several stations
• Assist in training and overseeing of new hires
• Must have your Mangers Food Handlers Certificate
