JOB SUMMARY:
The Financial Empowerment Center (FEC) program aims to improve the financial stability of Tulsa households by providing high-quality, one-on-one financial education and counseling with a priority focus on low-income residents and underserved populations. The Financial Counselor position will report directly to the Financial Empowerment Center Program Coordinator within GoodwillÂ’s Financial Resilience Department.
The counselor will serve as part of the broader FEC team to bring a financial stability lens to ensure financial empowerment is central to local resilience and racial equity efforts.

A bachelorÂ’s degree (preferred) from an accredited college and two years of relevant work experience with some background in finance, financial education, counseling/coaching, or social service delivery such as community health work, peer education or advocacy.
