The Metal Ware Corporation is a privately owned company located in Two Rivers, Wisconsin. Metal Ware has been manufacturing consumer products for over 100 years. You may know us best through our brands such as NESCO, Chard, and Grizzly. We make many of our products here in our Two Rivers plant using injection molding, metal stamping and rotational molding equipment. The Preventative Maintenance Technician will be responsible for conducting routine inspections, performing preventative maintenance tasks, and implementing maintenance schedules to ensure the optimal functionality and longevity of equipment and machinery. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of machinery, equipment, and facilities to identify potential issues or areas of improvement.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks according to established schedules, including lubrication, calibration, and component replacement.
• Document all maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and replacements.
• Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and departmental staff to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure minimal disruption of operations.
• Monitor equipment performance and efficiency, identifying opportunities for optimization or upgrades.
• Adhere to safety protocols, and regulations while performing maintenance tasks, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and following lockout/tagout procedures.
