Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to lead the set-up and coordination of construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have some experience in the construction industry, with a keen eye for detail and organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully helping to manage administrative tasks and will be well-versed in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

- Preconstruction project set-up including the distribution of plans, specification, and necessary documentation

- Manage and maintain project records, including budgets, change orders, schedules, and correspondence

- Collaborate with construction management software to track project progress and manage resources

- Foster a positive and productive work environment among project team members

- Assists in submittal procedures, RFI procedures and monthly invoices

- Manage project change requests and ensure all changes are documented correctly

- Coordinate with accounting department to provide information and resolve issues

- Support project team with administrative tasks

Experience

- Proficient with Microsoft Office

- Strong organizational skills

- Ability to work independently as part of a team

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience working in construction

- Experience using Sage 100 Software recommended but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
