Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is looking for a talented Part Time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at a highly respected skilled nursing facility and campus in Union Grove. Full Time hours available supporting communities in Union Grove and Brookfield areas. With either opportunity, you will love the combination of treating in a busy rehab unit, long term care, assisted living campus and within the community. New grad and experienced PTAs are encouraged to apply!

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
