The ideal candidate should have 4 years of experience in representing physicians and professional healthcare providers, hospitals and healthcare facilities in medical malpractice litigation.
The responsibilities include drafting and reviewing pleadings, discovery, motions, memos, briefs and correspondences, analyze medical records, represent clients in court, participate in depositions, conferences and hearings, handle legal research and interact with medical experts and clients.
The attorney should have strong legal research, oral and written communication skills. Candidate should be able to manage multiple projects, have excellent organizational and time management skills and interact well with clients.
