Within all areas, you will be encouraged to promote independence and aid with fulfilling life skills, providing high-quality care and support to build positive relationships with , families and colleagues. We predominately work with organisations who support adults with learning disabilities and therefore, it is essential you're a driver with access to your own vehicle and happy to undertake personal care. We work based on your weekly availability to aim to provide you with the best flexibility we can in correspondence with our clients' needs. We also do this to provide continuity for both you and the individuals you would be supporting where at all possible. In addition, we aim is to keep work as local to you as possible however we cover all of Wales so this is entirely your choice.
