- facility mechanical/electrical systems back inside the building after being operated outside on temporary portable equipment while maintaining cGMP operations and customer delivery schedules. Systems included boilers, feed water, chemical water treatment, heating hot water systems, HVAC chillers, cooling towers and associated pumps. Also, fire, data and security systems.
- performed , corrective and emergency W/O's on reactors, centrifuges, filters and ancillary equipment, tablet presses, granulators, dryers, fillers, and associated Pharma equipment in two API chemical and pharmaceutical pilot plants.
- Responsible for reactive maintenance, proactive maintenance and maintenance method development. Individual that originates and develops methods and standards for maintaining high-output machining and assembly equipment.
- Controls the maintenance documentation for new equipment purchases as well as maintaining the standard for new preventative maintenance plans for current production equipment.
- Involved of capital project to build facility for cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing, Manage and maintain laboratory, instruments, equipment, and other assets for internal customers such as process science/cell line development/analytical science
